The Hackney will be available in market for 24 FVC or 26 FVC
The HACKNEY Pony when placed in the Horse Stable along with any stallion, will have a chance to produce Hackney Pony Foal.
Note: The Hackney Pony Is UNRELEASED, if any of your neighbor have already been sharing the HAckney pony foals, then he would have been using a glitch to produce foals.
