FarmVille introduced a new Limited Edition Scotland theme tonight that kicks of with several new animals including an Eriskay Pony and Highland Cow, as well as other decorations, buildings, and trees.
The Eriskay Pony costs 24 Farm Cash and can produce an Eriskay Pony Foal (as pictured above) when placed in your FarmVille Horse Stable. With its normally grey color and waterproof coat to protect it from hars weather, Eriskay Ponies are native to Scotland and are considered a rare breed in critical status. The Highland Cow makes a statement with its cute bangs covering its eyes and costs 22 Farm Cash. It also will produce a similar offspring, the Highland Calf when placed in your FarmVille Dairy Barn. Both of these Limited Edition animals will be available only until May 26, 2011 via the FarmVille Market. Neither animals are exclusive to the English Countryside, so you can purchase them for your Home Farm too.
